Attractive, ample, versatile bag. Not your typical diaper bag. Great for everything a baby or young child will need throughout the day. I like the idea that the bag is made without plastics that are toxic, and I am pleased to support a company still located in New Orleans.

Items may be returned to JustDiaperBags.com within 30 calendar days of receipt of the item. For example, If they order was placed November 1 and you received the item November 5 you will have until December 5 to return the item. Please see the rule conditions below:

  -   Please request a return authorization number by completing the Return Request Form. We will not be able to accept any returns without a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  -   Products must be in new and unused condition with all tags attached and be in original packaging.
  -   Returns without tags will not be accepted
  -   Returns must be sent back to us prepaid and insured (by the carrier of your choice).
  -   Items marked "FINAL SALE" cannot be exchanged or returned.
  -   Shipping charges are non-refundable.
-   If you are returning an item that came with free shipping there will be $10 deducted from your refund for each bag returned which will cover the cost of our original free shipping and restocking.
  -   For International orders, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  -   Refunds can only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase.
-   Total time of return processing could take 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return in our warehouse.
  -   If you are returning an item that came with a bonus gift, please include the bonus gift with your return. If you choose to keep the gift, its value will be deducted from your refund.
-   If an item was delivered to you with a manufacturer defect (and all tags are still attached), we require you to send a picture of the defect (via cellphone or other) to process the return.

Returns & Exchanges of Gifts: You can return a product for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of receipt. The store credit will be issued in the amount of the original purchase less any coupons, promotions or vouchers used at time of sale. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
