-   Please request a return authorization number by completing the Return Request Form found below.  We will not be able to accept any returns without a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  -   Products must be in new and unused condition with all tags attached and be in original packaging.
  -   Returns without tags will not be accepted
  -   Returns must be sent back to us prepaid and insured (by the carrier of your choice).
  -   Items marked "FINAL SALE" cannot be exchanged or returned.
  -   Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  -   If you are returning an item that came with free shipping there will be $10 deducted from your refund for each bag returned which will cover the cost of our original free shipping and restocking.
  -   For International orders, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  -   Refunds can only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase. 
  -   Total time of return processing could take 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return in our warehouse.
  -   If you are returning an item that came with a bonus gift, please include the bonus gift with your return. If you choose to keep the gift, its value will be deducted from your refund.
